Wellbeing Coordinator

Supporting you to improve your quality of life

The Wellbeing Coordinator service has two branches of support. One can support anyone living in Birmingham who is over 55 and the other can support anyone living in Birmingham who cares for another person – paid or unpaid.

We will work with you to identify your priorities and what you want to get out of the service. We work closely with a variety of community and support organisations that we can facilitate you to access and we can help you to find things that you enjoy. We can help you to do the things that you want to do.
We can help you:
  • Develop a personalised action plan to achieve your goals
  • Make informed decisions about your health and wellbeing
  • Build confidence to manage your health
  • Support you to access appropriate information, advice and guidance
  • Identify and access groups and activities in your area
  • Introduce opportunities for you to socialise and meet new people
Our aim is to work with you to help you achieve your goals, using resources within the community as well as your own strengths and skills.
We will support you to maintain your independence, build resilience, increase self-confidence and we will encourage you to actively engage with the community around you to support this.

“Thank you for all your time and effort in putting all these things in motion.”
